Virtual F&I Software

 

All presentations are a combination of voice and graphics that are largely designed to help a customer see why they need a particular product or service.  More emphasis is placed on primary products, and less time spent on secondary products.

 

Little time is usually spent presenting the solution, or discussing product benefits.  Our experience has shown that this is best done by the Business Manager. 

 

The Virtual Presentation, therefore, is used to get everything on the table, and give the F&I Manager permission to talk about each item.  This, of course, fits perfectly with a Menu selling format, and encourages its use, every time, with every customer…for maximum results.

 

Overall, the Virtual F&I Presentation will:

 

*     Develop the need for every product that is being presented

*     Present every product every time to every customer

*     Place the Business Manager in a position where they can ask for the order, every time, with every customer

*     Improve CSI with its fast, non-confrontational approach

 

All presentations are customized for each dealership and the products that they want to present. There are typically different presentations for finance, cash and lease customers, as well as a difference between new and used vehicles. 

 

Typically 4-8 products are presented in a 4-6 minute timeframe.

 

Our presentation sequences and implementation programs have been fine tuned for decades. This ensures that your F&I Manager, the customer…and in fact the F&I training company that a dealership may use…are all very comfortable with the entire process.  This means that you don’t waste a lot of time with things that really don’t work.
