When the Customer Walks In

To ensure maximum utility from the Virtual F&I Manager program, the customer will need to know:

·       Why they need to watch it

·       How long it’s going to take

·       What the next step is

When the customer comes into the Business office, you will typically explain:

“Congratulations on your new car, Mrs. Customer.  What we’re going to do here is take 15 minutes to finalize the details.

Let’s start by reviewing the figures that you’ve agreed to, to ensure that everything has been clearly explained.

Next I’ll check that all your information is accurately entered into our accounting system.

While I’m doing that, my assistant, Dell the computer, (the Virtual F&I Manager program) will explain some of the most popular options that are available to you.  We both take <Exact Time> to do that.

Finally, I’ll answer any questions that you have, and take about 5 minutes to print and sign your forms, and have you on your way.

Do you have any questions before we get started?”
