The
Virtual F&I Presentation will now develop the need for, and present the
products that were programmed for that category of customer.
It
will end with a packages screen that will be matched by a paper version of the
Packages Summary that you’ll use for customer review, and putting into the deal
folder when complete.
While
the program is running, you now have the time to:

Determine the term and coverage of service
contract that best meets their needs
·
As well all the other products
·
Determine the product pricing for each item
·
Fill out the Menu Form items individually
·
Fill out the Packages Summary
Generally,
while the program is running:
·
Resist the temptation to talk
·
Ensure that you are doing something
You
can pause the presentation if the customer has a
question, or you want to add something.
Some Business Managers prefer a presentation that has built in pauses
after each section. Most just let it run
all the way through.
